After reluctantly steeping into the MP3 player world I looked around for a cheap intro player. I thought it might last four-six months, but it's been more like a year and going strong with heavy usage. After several useless ipod rip off models from eBay I went with this player. I like the fact that it can record ambiently (not great sound, but decent) and has an FM player. I'm still happy with it in general, and for what I spent on it, very happy.Goods: -Plenty of storage for me (I listen to about 8+ albums and thirty+ podcasts at any one time)-Data storage capability is nice-Small, super light-Simple to navigateBads:-The fact that it takes a AAA battery may be a pain for some, but I just got a 4-pack of rechargables, and I could care less. When it runs out I can put a new one in and keep listening while the other charges unlike a built in battery.-Navigation knob is easily moved unintentionally-I'm suprised the flimsy battery flap hasn't broken or been lost yet, it tends to fall off.-Display light doesn't stay illuminated nearly long enough, easy to re-illuminate though.Hope this helps.-N9
I bought this player for myself. I've never had one but I would recommend it for a first timer. I LOVE it. No complaints.
i manage it also through my ps3 so for ps3 users yes you can get this. everyone is complaining about this product, before i bought it i read everyone complaints but i got it anyways so here is my review. to me its worth the cost the headphones are like any other average headphones you get and yes they are a little big for an in-ear headset and are not ideal for sporting but make great walking around in and produce a good quality.the armband is a cream color but its great plus if you're like me its going on your upper arm anyways so its hidden.player itself is great, 2gb at this price is awsome and i have bangged it against countless things and still works great. but with its big memory and small size and an EQ setting i say this product is great. i reccomend
This is a gr8 product. It works well and is super easy to work with any windows media sync application. I decided to buy another Coby because I have one that I've been using for years, and it is gr8 and hasn't failed me yet. Once you get the hang of what button does what, it is really easy to work.
I purhcased this item and it is okay, with one exception. I have to change my batteries at least every other workout.
